Diego Alvarez Tenorio is a Chartered Physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation and post-operative orthopaedic recovery within the private healthcare sector. Originally from Mexico, Diego holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Coventry University and an MSc in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Brunel University London. His clinical practice blends a strong academic foundation in injury prevention with extensive practical experience managing acute and chronic MSK conditions, as well as guiding patients through tailored, evidence-based recovery pathways following major orthopaedic surgeries. Diego is experienced in and enjoys delivering both focused, one-to-one clinical sessions and group-based rehabilitation programs.  

Outside of the clinic, Diego is an avid runner, engages in strength training, and enjoys a wide variety of sports. This personal passion fuels his specific clinical interest in sports-related injuries and performance. By connecting his first hand athletic experience with his professional expertise, Diego excels at helping individuals across all levels of physical fitness to safely overcome injury and successfully return to their desired levels of physical activity, exercise, and peak movement.
