Personal Profile

After completing my medical training from Christian Medical College and Hospitals – Vellore, India, I underwent speciality training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the UK. I was awarded the completion of training whilst at Nottingham Hospitals and gained entry into the Specialist Register.

I am the Gynae Cancer lead at Chesterfield Hospital NHS Trust.

I have a keen interest in medical education and have received further qualifications in Medical Education from University of Nottingham.

I have been the quality lead for Obs and Gynae trainees in the EAST Midlands until 2016.

My interests are in investigating suspected gynae cancer and treatment.

I also have a keen interest in menstrual disorders, polycystic disease, pelvic pain and counselling regarding HRT.
