About Ms Claire Lester

Personal Profile

Claire qualified in 1996 from Bradford University with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy.

She then went on to work at South Manchester University Hospital's Trust. Here, she completed placements in all of the core aspects of physiotherapy.

After a period travelling and working in Australia, Claire started work at Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust. She helped to run the A&E and Fracture Clinic physiotherapy services.

Since Claire started working at Woodlands Hospital, she has taken a keen interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation following surgery. She is particularly interested in upper limb rehabilitation.

Claire has continued with her post-graduate education by regularly attending various recognised courses.
