Dr Christopher Keast qualified from Southampton University Medical School in 1986. He has worked in General Practice for over 30 years gaining the experience and knowledge needed to be a highly skilled and communicative General Practitioner.
He was a partner at the Boathouse Surgery Pangbourne for over 30 years and helped steer the Practice to become one of the best in the country. He headed up the clinical research department and has special interests in men's health, cryotherapy and mental health but has experience in all aspects of medicine.
He has many years experience in writing medico-legal reports and performs occupational medicals and fitness reports when requested.
He believes in old fashioned General Practice where friendly and good communication with patients is paramount. He has an excellent sense of humour- when appropriate, and has found working in the private sector to be both professionally inspiring and satisfying, allowing patients the time needed to talk through their issues without time pressure or interruption.
