Personal Profile

He has been Cancer lead for East Kent and previously held Prostate Cancer lead for Kent and Medway Cancer Network. He has also set up the perineal prostate biopsy service and changed the whole prostate cancer diagnostic pathway.

He has a further interest in men with Urinary symptoms which are usually due to an age related enlargement of the prostate. He is able to offer one stop clinics and offers tailored treatments for an individualised approach to his patients.

Ben has been working at the Chaucer for over a decade and enjoys working there, he has a great working relationship with all the staff and is able to offer appointments for both private and NHS patients by the choose and book system. For private patients he is recognised by all the insurers and also sees self pay patients. Although a GP referral is always preferable he is happy to see Urological Patients without.
