I am a highly qualified and experienced physiotherapist with over six years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and functional rehabilitation. I hold a Doctor of Physiotherapy and an MSc in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, which has provided me with advanced expertise in assessing and treating spinal, upper limb, and lower limb conditions. I also hold an MSc in Health Promotion and Public Health from Ulster University (London Campus), which supports my holistic approach to patient care, focusing not only on injury recovery but also on long-term health, prevention, and overall wellbeing.
I currently work as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist. In this role, I assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including sports injuries, spinal pain, joint dysfunction, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. My clinical approach combines hands-on physiotherapy techniques with active rehabilitation, including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve functional performance.
I have also gained extensive experience in multidisciplinary hospital settings, managing patients with complex conditions across musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. My experience includes working with ICU patients, providing respiratory physiotherapy, early mobilisation, and rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, prolonged illness, stroke, trauma, and neurological disorders. This has strengthened my ability to manage complex clinical presentations, work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy care.
I am passionate about helping patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. I provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and professional environment, combining clinical expertise with empathy and motivation to achieve the best outcomes.
