Anushka completed a medical degree at Guy’s, Kings and St Thomas School of Medicine in London, and her Oncoplastic Fellowship at Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital, a National Oncoplastic Training Centre, gaining unique insights into both plastic and oncological breast surgery. This surgery allows the most effective treatment for breast cancers, whilst preserving cosmetic and functional outcomes wherever possible.
She has expertise in the management of all aspect of benign and malignant breast disease, oncoplastic breast conservation, immediate and delayed breast reconstruction, and correction of breast asymmetry. Furthermore, she provides consultation and breast surgery for augmentation, reduction surgery and mastopexy (breast uplift).
Anushka is interim Deputy Chief Medical Officer at Great Western Hospital, former Undergraduate Tutor for Bristol Medical School and has led on national initiatives promoting a career in surgery. She has been awarded for both her international presentations and teaching. She is also the co-founder and Chair of Aurora Breast Cancer Wellbeing, bringing bespoke support services to young women diagnosed with breast cancer in Wiltshire.
She lives in Wroughton with her husband and two young daughters.
