Dr Anita Amin is a Consultant Dermatologist. Her NHS experience includes previous roles as lead clinician for dermatology at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, with departments based at Worthing and Southlands Hospitals and St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester.
Dr Amin has previously held a position as lead dermatologist at East Sussex Healthcare NHS trust.
At Goring Hall Hospital she has see’s patients from Worthing, Pulborough, Horsham and further afield. Patients have quick access to treatment for conditions such as moles, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, senior skin care (dermatology for the elderly), acne, rosacea, hair and nail problems, male and female dermatology and dermatological surgery.
Dr Amin graduated from Cambridge University and has worked internationally in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Dr Anita Amin graduated from Cambridge University Medical School.
She gained extensive experience in adult general internal medicine at Addenbrooke’s Cambridge University Hospital, where she obtained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians.
She undertook a Graduate Diploma of Sexual and Reproductive Health with the University of Auckland and the University of Otago, while working at Christchurch Hospital in New Zealand as a Clinical Fellow, where she gained extensive experience in holistic management of male and female dermatology. Following that she completed Specialist Training in dermatology in the UK and was appointed as Consultant Dermatologist in 2015.
Dr Amin has been part of a national research and has given many talks on cancer research for Macmillan Cancer support.
