Personal Profile
Dr Chakrabarti did his oncology training at Mount Vernon Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, Freeman Hospital and Addenbrooke's Hospital. He joined as a consultant oncologist at Poole Hospital in 2009. He is the oncology lead for Breast and Thyroid Unit at Poole Hospital and Dorset County Hospital. He is also the principal investigator in several national and international clinical trials.
He specialises in the treatment of breast cancer with chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy and radiotherapy. Thyroid cancer with targeted therapy and radio iodine and skin cancer with radiotherapy.
