Mr Adnan Darr is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. He treats adults and children with a wide range of general ENT conditions. He has a particular interest in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery, including the treatment of complex sinus and nasal disorders.

Mr Darr holds a degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s in Medical Physics from the University of Surrey. He completed his medical degree at the University of Manchester in 2009 and joined the West Midlands Higher Surgical Training Programme in 2015, specialising in ENT. He went on to complete an Advanced Rhinology and Skull Base Fellowship at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham. In 2023, he was awarded the European Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery Diploma from the University of Paris.

Mr Darr was appointed as a Consultant ENT Surgeon in Coventry in 2022 and works as part of a regional multidisciplinary team managing both routine and complex cases. His private practice is based at The Priory Hospital Edgbaston.

He has a strong interest in medical education and holds a postgraduate diploma in medical teaching. He has taught at the University of Birmingham and Warwick Medical School and regularly leads surgical training courses. He has also published several book chapters and research papers, many of which have been recognised at national and international conferences.

Away from work, Mr Darr is a husband and father of two. He enjoys badminton, follows Liverpool FC, and has a keen interest in travel and learning about different cultures.

Mr Darr takes a patient-centred approach to care. He takes time to listen and explain, aiming to provide clear, safe, and appropriate treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
