Promotional Discount Offers Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how The Saxon Clinic's promotional discount offers work, including who can use the offers, how to book, and what restrictions apply.

Terms and Conditions for the Exclusive 20% Discount on Hospital Fees Offer (“Terms”) 

These Terms apply in addition to Circle Health Group’s Patient Terms and Conditions, which are available here: Patient Terms and Conditions

You should note that where any term set out in these Terms conflicts with our Patient Terms and Conditions, the provisions set out in our Patient Terms and Conditions will take precedence, unless we have expressly stated otherwise in these Terms. 

When we use the words “we”, “our” or “us” in these Terms we mean Circle Health Group Limited, a limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 02164270 whose registered office is at 1st Floor, 30 Cannon Street, London, EC4M 6XH. You can find everything you need to know about us and our services on our website. 

These Terms apply to the 20% Discount on Hospital Fees Offer available for Active members of David Lloyd Milton Keynes only, for new treatment bookings made from Monday 4th May 2026 with treatment having taken place by Thursday 31st December 2026 (inclusive) (the "Offer Period") (this constitutes the "Promotional Offer").  You agree to comply with these Terms if you decide to use this Promotional Offer. 

1. 20% Hospital Fee Discount Offer available to you during the Offer Period.  

1.1. When you book a new appointment for a procedure that incurs a Hospital Fee, during the Offer Period, you will be entitled to a 20% Discount on Hospital Fees.   

1.2. The discount applies to hospital fees only and excludes consultant fees, anaesthetist fees, outpatient appointments, diagnostic imaging, physiotherapy, prescriptions, and all third-party charges

1.4. Please note all costs paid by you are inclusive of VAT.  

1.5. The Promotional Offer is only available during the Offer Period, but please note that the Promotional Offer is subject to availability at The Saxon Clinic.   

1.6. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time without notice. Paragraph 3.2 of these Terms will apply to you if you have booked a new appointment with us prior to us withdrawing this offer.  

1.7. To book your new treatment appointment, you can call our national enquiry centre where a member of our team will be able to arrange an appointment for you. Alternatively, you can Find an appointment and book online. Please quote the "20% Discount on Hospital Fees offer promotion" at the time of booking any treatment, so that the discount can be applied.  Please note that our online booking terms and conditions will apply to online bookings.  

1.8. By booking and accepting an appointment for hospital treatment, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse that the Promotional Offer is applied to your booking if you breach these Terms. 

2 Restrictions and requirements.   

Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply to this Promotional Offer:  

2.1. You must be over the age of 18 to benefit from this Promotional Offer.  

2.2.  The 20% hospital fee discount is available exclusively to Active members of David Lloyd Milton Keynes at the time of booking. Valid proof of active membership must be provided at the time of booking and prior to treatment 

2.3. The Promotional Offer is subject to availability during the Offer Period. 

2.4. This offer is valid for new bookings only made during the Offer Period and does not apply to existing bookings. 

2.5. We will verify whether you are eligible for the Promotional Offer when your treatment quote is provided to you. This will include us asking you for your personal details in line with the requirements that we have set out in paragraph 3.3 below.  

2.6. The 20% Discount on Hospital Fees Offer will be deducted from your treatment cost. No alternative offers are available. No cashback is available.  

2.7. The Promotional Offer is only available to self-pay patients and not for those using private medical insurance or patients using the NHS pathway.  

2.8. The Promotional Offer is available at the following Circle Health Group hospital: 

Saxon Clinic, V7 Saxon St, Eaglestone, Coffee Hall, Milton Keynes MK6 5LR 

2.9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, insurance claim, or corporate scheme 

3 General Provisions 

3.1. We may revise these Terms from time to time.  

3.2. As we have mentioned at paragraph 1.6 above, we reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time without notice.  If we decide to rely on this right, and you have already booked your appointment, we will contact you to let you know that the Promotional Offer has been cancelled, and to give you the opportunity to confirm whether you would still like to go ahead with the appointment, or whether you would like to cancel.  

3.3. Personal information: please refer to our Patient Terms and Conditions for details of how we will process your personal information.  

3.4. Events outside of our control 

3.4.1. We will make every effort to provide your appointment on the date that we confirm with you. However, we cannot promise this, and we reserve the right to cancel or change the date of these. There may be delays or cancellations for any reason, such as because of an event outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will try to give as much notice to you as possible and our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our reasonable control. 

3.4.2. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control. 

3.5. Your consultation and treatment will be provided by Circle Health Group Limited's employees. Consultants engaged by us may also be involved in the services you have booked with us.  Please ensure that you carefully read our Patient Terms and Conditions in full to understand the role consultants may play in your care, including their responsibilities to you. 

3.6. You have legal rights in relation to services not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.  As mentioned in paragraph 3.5, please ensure that you carefully read our Patient Terms and Conditions in full to understand the role our staff and consultants engaged by us may play in your care, including their responsibilities to you.  

3.7. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms will take precedence. 

3.8. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. 

Free Mini Consultations – Saxon Clinic Hospital

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the free 10-minute mini consultation service (“Consultation”) provided at Saxon Clinic Hospital.

When we refer to “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Circle Health Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 02164270) with its registered office at 1st Floor, 30 Cannon Street, London, EC4M 6XH. 

By booking or attending a Consultation, you agree to these Terms. 

1. Consultation Overview 

1.1 We offer a free 10-minute mini consultation at Saxon Clinic Hospital. 

1.2 The Consultation is an advisory session only and is designed to provide general guidance regarding your health concerns. 
1.3 The Consultation does not include: 

  • Physical examination 
  • Hands-on treatment 
  • Diagnostic tests (e.g. blood tests, imaging) 
  • Prescriptions 

1.4 The Consultation does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be relied upon as such. 

1.5 If further tests, investigations, or follow-up appointments are recommended, these will be chargeable and subject to our standard terms and conditions and fees.

1.7 This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical conditions. If you require medical assistance, please contact NHS 111 or dial 999. 

 

2. Eligibility and Booking 

2.1 Consultations are available to individuals aged 18 years and over. 

2.2 Appointments are subject to availability and may be allocated on a first-come, first- served basis. 

2.3 Only one free mini consultation per person is permitted. 

2.4 Employees of Circle Health Group Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible for this service. 

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where: 

  • These Terms are breached
  • The service is deemed clinically inappropriate
  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided 

3. Attendance, Cancellation and Late Arrival 

3.1 If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. 

3.2 If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will not be eligible to book another free Consultation. 

3.3 If you arrive late, your Consultation may be shortened or cancelled at our discretion. 

 

4. Changes and Cancellation by Us 

4.1 We will make reasonable efforts to provide your Consultation as scheduled. 

4.2 However, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or withdraw the service at any time. 

4.3 Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any changes or cancellations. 

4.4 We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) staff illness, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 

 

5. Personal Data and Privacy 

5.1 To book a Consultation, you will be required to provide personal information including your name, contact details, and GP information. 

5.2 We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice. 

5.3 Your data may be used for: 

  • Appointment administration 
  • Clinical governance and record keeping
  • Regulatory and legal compliance

6. Liability 

6.1 The Consultation is provided as a general advisory service only. 

6.2 We shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken by you based on information provided during the Consultation. 

6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: 

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence 
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation 

Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law 

 

7. Personal Belongings 

7.1 You are advised not to bring valuables or large amounts of cash to the hospital. 

7.2 We do not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. 

 

8. Complaints 

8.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us as soon as possible. 

8.2 Complaints will be handled in accordance with our formal complaints procedure.

9. General 

9.1 These Terms apply only to the free mini consultation service at Saxon Clinic Hospital. 

9.2 In the event of any conflict between these promotional Terms and the standard Patient Terms and Conditions, the standard Patient Terms and Conditions will take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise within the promotional Terms. 

9.3 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. This will not affect your rights. 

9.4 These Terms are governed by English law, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
