Terms and Conditions for the 10% Discount on Hospital Fees Offer (“Terms”)
These Terms apply in addition to Circle Health Group’s Patient Terms and Conditions, which are available here: https://www.circlehealthgroup.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/patients (“Patient Terms and Conditions”).
You should note that where any term set out in these Terms conflicts with our Patient Terms and Conditions, the provisions set out in our Patient Terms and Conditions will take precedence, unless we have expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
When we use the words “we”, “our” or “us” in these Terms we mean Circle Health Group Limited, a limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 02164270 whose registered office is at 1st Floor, 30 Cannon Street, London, EC4M 6XH. You can find everything you need to know about us and our services on our website.
These Terms apply to the 10% Discount on Hospital Fees Only Offer, available exclusively to patients of Circle Health Group booking a ear, nose and throat, gynaecology, urology or general surgery at Duchy Hospital from Thursday 2nd July 2026, with the procedure taking place by Wednesday 30th September 2026 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”) (the “Promotional Offer”). By choosing to use this Promotional Offer, you agree to comply with these Terms. Consultant fees are set independently by the consultant and are not included in the 10% discount. The Offer is subject to consultant availability. The Offer will remain valid in the event that a procedure is cancelled by the consultant or the hospital; however, the Offer will not apply if you cancel or reschedule your procedure outside of the Offer Period.
1. 10% Hospital Fee Discount Offer applicable to ear, nose and throat, gynaecology, urology or general surgery available to you during the Offer Period.
1.1. Upon confirmation of a surgical date for a ear, nose and throat, gynaecology, urology or general surgery scheduled to take place within the Offer Period, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on the applicable Hospital Fees.
1.2. Any further services provided by us will be governed by our private patient terms and conditions, which are available at: https://www.circlehealthgroup.co.uk/private-patients-terms-and-conditions.
1.3 Please note all costs paid by you are inclusive of VAT.
1.4 The Promotional Offer is only available during the Offer Period, but please note that the Promotional Offer is subject to availability at your chosen Circle Health Group Hospital.
1.5. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time without notice. Paragraph 3.2 of these Terms will apply to you if you have booked a new appointment with us prior to us withdrawing this offer.
1.6. Following your consultation, please reference the “Summer 10% Discount on Hospital Fees Promotion” when discussing surgical pricing with our Patient Liaison Officer. Where eligible, the discount will be applied to the hospital fee element of your booking. Please note that this promotion is subject to availability, applies only to qualifying procedures and new patients, and does not include consultant or anaesthetist fees.
1.7. By booking and accepting an appointment for hospital treatment, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse that the Promotional Offer is applied to your booking if you breach these Terms.
Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply to this Promotional Offer:
2.1. You must be over the age of 18 to benefit from this Promotional Offer.
2.2. The Promotional Offer is subject to availability during the Offer Period.
2.3 This offer is valid for new bookings only made during the Offer Period and does not apply to existing bookings.
2.4. We will verify whether you are eligible for the Promotional Offer when your treatment quote is provided to you. This will include us asking you for your personal details in line with the requirements that we have set out in paragraph 3.3 below.
2.5. The 10% Discount on Hospital Fees Offer will be deducted from your treatment cost. No alternative offers are available. No cashback is available.
2.6 The Promotional Offer is only available to self-pay patients and not for those using private medical insurance or patients using the NHS pathway.
2.7. The Promotional Offer is available at the following Circle Health Group hospitals:

3.1. We may revise these Terms from time to time.
3.2. As we have mentioned at paragraph 1.5 above, we reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time without notice. If we decide to rely on this right, and you have already booked your appointment, we will contact you to let you know that the Promotional Offer has been cancelled, and to give you the opportunity to confirm whether you would still like to go ahead with the appointment, or whether you would like to cancel.
3.3. Personal information: please refer to our Patient Terms and Conditions for details of how we will process your personal information.
3.4. Events outside of our control
3.4.1. We will make every effort to provide your appointment on the date that we confirm with you. However, we cannot promise this, and we reserve the right to cancel or change the date of these. There may be delays or cancellations for any reason, such as because of an event outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will try to give as much notice to you as possible and our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our reasonable control.
3.4.2. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
3.5 Your consultation and treatment will be provided by Circle Health Group Limited's employees. Consultants engaged by us may also involved in the services you have booked with us. Please ensure that you carefully read our Patient Terms and Conditions in full to understand the role consultants may play in your care, including their responsibilities to you.
3.6. You have legal rights in relation to services not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights. As mentioned in paragraph 3.5, please ensure that you carefully read our Patient Terms and Conditions in full to understand the role our staff and consultants engaged by us may play in your care, including their responsibilities to you.
3.7. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms will take precedence.
3.8. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

1.3 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

1.5 You may only submit one entry per person to this promotion.
2. Start date
This promotion will start on 14th July 2026.
3. Closing date
The closing date for this promotion will be 11.59pm 29th July 2026. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
4. Selection of the winner
4.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this promotion by Your Media Group.
4.2 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is as follows:
An Advanced Health Assessment at The Duchy Hospital (valued from £1,034) as a self-pay patient which includes the following tests:
If any tests are not clinically appropriate for you, your doctor will advise you.

5.2 There is no alternative prize.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

6. Restrictions and requirements
6.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: Entrants must be over the age of 18 and a UK resident registered with a UK General Practitioner. The Advanced Health Assessment tests to be carried out will be subject to assessment by Duchy Hospital clinical team for suitability.
6.2 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
7.1 The promoter will notify the winner by email within 7 days of the closing date.
7.2 The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of notification unless otherwise agreed.
8. Publicity and personal information
8.1 Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below. Please see our privacy policy for more details regarding how the promoter will use your personal information.
8.2 You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
9. General
9.1 The promoter is Duchy Hospital. Your Media Group is administering the prize draw on behalf of the promoter.
9.2 Entrants hereby grant the promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to publish the winner (first name, first letter of surname, on Duchy Hospital Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, and entrants waive all moral rights in their submissions for the benefit of the promoter.
9.3 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
9.4 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
9.5 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
