Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT)

Offering you a new quality of life.

EMTT is a non-invasive treatment solution that has been specifically developed for treating musculoskeletal pain. Many patients report a significant improvement in their symptoms after just a few sessions.

EMTT

Say goodbye to needles and surgery - Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) offers a modern, non-invasive solution for muscle and joint pain.

How It Works:
During your session, a therapy loop is placed over the painful area—no need to undress or apply anything directly to your skin. You simply relax while the device sends powerful magnetic pulses deep into your tissues, helping your cells heal and function more effectively.

Quick & Convenient:
Each session lasts just 10 to 20 minutes, and most people see results after 6 to 8 sessions, depending on their condition and response to treatment.

Natural Healing Support:
EMTT helps restart normal cellular activity and boosts your body’s natural healing process—so you can get back to doing what you love, faster and with less discomfort.

EMTT Waves

EMTT is generally very well-tolerated by most patients. While a few people may notice mild discomfort or temporary skin redness during or after treatment, these effects are usually short-lived and minimal.

The good news? These minor sensations are far outweighed by the powerful pain relief and healing benefits that EMTT provides - making it a safe and effective choice for many.

  • Pregnancy: EMTT should be avoided during pregnancy.
  • Pacemakers and Implantable Devices: Individuals with these devices should not undergo EMTT, as magnetic fields may interfere with their function.
  • Active Bleeding or Infections: EMTT must not be applied to areas with active bleeding or infections.
  • EMTT is not recommended over cancerous tissues.
  • Non-MRI-Safe Metal Implants: Patients with metal implants that are not MRI-compatible may not be suitable for EMTT.
  • Shrapnel or Metal Fragments in the Eyes: EMTT should be avoided in individuals with such injuries.
  • Cochlear Implants: EMTT is contraindicated for patients with cochlear implants.

Patients interested in EMTT will first need an assessment with a physiotherapist. To begin:

  1. Book a “New Physiotherapy Appointment” using the normal booking process.
  2. During this initial appointment, the physiotherapist will carry out a full assessment to determine whether EMTT is appropriate.
  3. If EMTT is suitable, the physiotherapist will explain how to book the subsequent EMTT sessions
