She trained initially in Breast Surgery at Guys Hospital Breast Unit, London and completed training in Canada at London Regional Cancer Centre/University Of Western Ontario. Upon her return to the UK, she took up her first Locum Consultant Surgeon post in the prestigious Edinburgh Breast unit for 14 months.
In March 1996, Miss Saad took up the post of Substantive Consultant Breast Surgeon at Salford Royal Hospital. She has been fortunate to work with a wonderful, dedicated multi-disciplinary team when they together successfully built an excellent Breast Unit in collaboration with their colleagues at The Christie Hospital. The breast team were awarded the “OSCAR” by Salford GP's, assigned for excellent secondary service.
In April 2017, Salford Breast Unit merged with The Nightingale Breast Unit, where they joined with excellent professional colleagues and great facilities.
Over the last 24 years, Miss Saad has gained a vast experience in the management of breast diseases, working within a dedicated multi-disciplinary team and providing “patient focused” service under national and international guidelines.
