Dr Voi Shim Wong, having qualified from St Andrews/Manchester University in 1987, received comprehensive medical, gastroenterological and hepatological training as well as all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic in Manchester, Leeds, Cambridge and Liverpool.

He is currently working as Consultant gastroenterologist at Whittington Health and a Honorary Clinical Lecturer with University College London.

Dr Wong believes working in a wholistic and multidisciplinary team approach is the key to effective clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastroenterological conditions particularly those with complex problems. Accessibility and prompt communication with patients, relatives and their general practitioners are also important aspects in their management.

His main interests are in dyspepsia, inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases as well as carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

He is happy to receive referrals from patients with gastroenterological and liver  conditions and to perform endoscopic procedures. He is an accredited Bowel cancel Screening Colonoscopist, performing regular Bowel cancer screening lists.
