Completing a three-year fellowship in advanced minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, receiving extensive training in endometriosis at a recognised Tertiary Endometriosis Centre, Epsom and St Helier’s University Hospital.
Certified in Gynaecological ultrasound by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists 
An accredited Colposcopist by the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
Possessing 12 years of experience in comprehensive gynaecological care, focusing on managing complex conditions and minimally invasive procedures.

Presented her academic work at national/international conferences and awarded the prestigious Golden Telescope prize by the British Society of Gynaecology Endoscopy in 2018.
Been actively involved in research exploring innovative approaches to managing endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, with more than 20 published peer reviewed articles in leading medical journals such as the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynaecology.
Undertaken further studies and completing her thesis on Developing Core Outcome Sets in Chronic Pelvic pain with St George's University London, examining the role of women as key stakeholders in future trials. 
Committed to staying at the forefront of advancements, she continues professional development by regularly attending training courses.

Current Practice

Currently, Miss Ghai holds a substantive Consultant post at Epsom and St Helier's University Hospital NHS Trust, where she is Colposcopy Lead, Core member of the Gynae-oncology MDT, and Endometriosis Consultant at a recognised tertiary centre.
She emphasises open communication and collaborative decision-making, tailoring personalised treatment plans to each patient's needs and preferences.
Utilising advanced technology and minimally invasive procedures whenever possible, she promotes shorter recovery times, reduced risk of complications, and minimal scarring.
Additionally, she provides comprehensive pre-operative education and post-operative support for a smooth and successful surgical experience.
