Patient testimonials:

"My experience with Dr Panchal has been quite simply one of the best I have had with any medical consultant to date. I had been suffering from extreme joint pains and strange symptoms throughout my body but none of the doctors I saw could give me a clear diagnosis or an effective treatment plan for over two months.  I was frustrated, hopeless and in extreme pain, until I met Dr Panchal.

She was the first one who diagnosed me with inflammatory arthritis triggered by an infection after travel. She also referred me to other specialists to support my treatment and diagnosis which did not feel rushed and paid attention to detail throughout the process.

After completing a thorough examination, various scans and tests she explained to me what this condition means, how it affects my body and what I can do to manage it. She also prescribed medication that helped reduce the inflammation and pain.

What I appreciated the most about Dr Panchal is the holistic and personalised approach to my ongoing treatment each and every time I had a consultation. She did not only monitor my physical symptoms, but also my mental and emotional well-being. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave me practical advice on how to cope with my symptoms. . She is not just a doctor but has been a partner in my journey to better health. I am so grateful for her care and support, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a rheumatoid doctor who truly cares about their patients"

"My experience of being treated by Dr Panchal was superb. Her appointments were kept to time, she listened carefully to all of my symptoms and undertook a full health check to determine whether she was missing anything – despite being almost certain of the diagnoses within the first few minutes of us talking.

I have found her counsel and advice on treatment to be exceptional – she has given a full range of options with a balanced view of each and ensured that I’ve made a decision that I am happy with.  I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Panchal to others.  I would also note that the staff who surround her i.e. her support staff, are exceptionally helpful and professional which only serves to further reflect positively on Dr Panchal."
