Simon is a UK trained breast specialist consultant surgeon with a successful private practice, which enables him to be based exclusively at The Ridgeway Hospital in Swindon. He is also appointed locally as a consultant oncoplastic surgeon at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. His entire surgical practice is solely dedicated to the field of breast surgery including the treatment of breast disease and breast cancer, breast reconstruction surgery and cosmetic breast surgery. He is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients whilst maintaining that important human touch.

He provides modern breast cancer surgical treatments and is dual trained in general and plastic surgical techniques. These enable him to strive to achieve the very best cancer outcomes whilst optimising the cosmetic results following treatment. He provides a full range of breast cancer surgical treatments which are outlined on his personal website (see below).

From a cosmetic perspective he has a specialist interest in cosmetic Breast Augmentation, Uplift and Reduction procedures. He also has an interest in the surgical management of breast asymmetry and restorative breast surgery and performs large numbers of cosmetic breast surgical procedures with excellent patient feedback demonstrated.

He works in a team of dedicated professionals all of whom will be available to you during and after your treatment and only uses the highest quality implants and facilities in association with Circle Health Group, one of the private healthcare sectors leading providers, with the peace of mind that this brings.

He is one of a very small number of surgeons in the UK to have successfully been awarded a specialist Master of Surgery degree (MS) in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery. This programme was developed with the support of The Royal College of Surgeons, The Association of Breast Surgeons (ABS) and The British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).

He studied Medicine at The University of Manchester and trained in specialist units throughout the South of England, completing his surgical training with an Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Fellowship.

Simon lives near Marlborough with his wife Nuala and two sons Harry and Jack.
