About Sarah Higgins

Personal Profile

Sarah qualified as a physiotherapist in 2003 and worked in the NHS for the first part of her career, completing a variety of clinical rotations and later specialising in pelvic health in 2013. 

In 2014, Sarah then transferred to the private sector and treats a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, lower bowel dysfunction, chronic pain/ endometriosis, vaginismus/sexual dysfunction, and has a special interest in menopause. 

Sarah uses a combination of exercise, manual techniques and advice, she also follows an evidence-based approach and recently published a poster at the British Menopause Society's annual conference. Sarah has a good working relationship with our consultants, which helps to facilitate a seamless journey of care.
