About Sarah Wakelin
Personal Profile
Dr Wakelin is an experienced consultant dermatologist who worked for Imperial College NHS for over 26 years where she ran the skin allergy diagnostic service. She has been involved in education and clinical research and now continues to work in private practice.
She sees patients with general dermatology skin problems including rashes, mole checks and minor skin lesions. She does not do any cosmetic /laser / skin filler procedures and does not treat facial skin cancers. She has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of allergic skin diseases.
She sees patients aged 18 and over at Bishops Wood with all skin problems and carries out small surgical procedures. She does not operate on scalp cysts and does not carry our any cosmetic dermatology procedures (such as botox, filler, peels, or lasers).
