Personal Profile
Richard Sim is an ENT specialist. His general training was undertaken in the southwest region & during this time he worked in most of the major regional hospitals including Bristol Children's Hospital. He was subsequently awarded the TWJ Fellowship in Otology & Neurotology with Professor Paul Fagan in Sydney undertaking further training in complex ear surgery. His research undertaken at the Institute for Molecular Medicine at Oxford University has been recognised for the award of MD.
Mr Sim has been involved in national trials investigating the treatment of Tinnitus and Menieres Disease. He has been published widely and presented his research at national and international meetings. He received the Clinical Excellence Award in 2009,
