Dr Raghavendran is a Consultant Dermatologist providing private dermatology care at Droitwich Spa Hospital. She specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, with a particular interest in skin cancer and skin oncology.
After graduating from The Dr MGR Medical University in Tamil Nadu, India, Dr Raghavendran completed her training in General Medicine and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in London. She later specialised in Dermatology through the West Midlands training programme and achieved the Specialty Certificate in Dermatology.
Alongside her private practice, she works as a Consultant Dermatologist at Worcester Hospital NHS Trust, where she leads weekly skin cancer clinics, general dermatology clinics, and skin surgery lists. She has also held roles as Skin Cancer Lead and Governance Lead within the department.
Dr Raghavendran has presented at national and international dermatology conferences, including the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), and the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). She has also published work in peer-reviewed dermatology journals.
Committed to education and training, Dr Raghavendran is actively involved in teaching future specialists and currently serves as Educational Lead for Dermatology trainees.
She welcomes both GP referrals and self-referrals, and accepts patients with private medical insurance as well as self-pay patients.
