Mr Quen Tang is a highly esteemed, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon. Mr Tang completed his surgical training on the prestigious Northwest Thames (Imperial) rotation, which provided him with extensive experience across a variety of hospitals, including one of London's busiest Major Trauma Centres. To further hone his expertise, Mr Tang undertook additional sub-specialty fellowship training at the renowned Cambridge University Hospitals Trust. There, he gained advanced skills in managing complex tertiary elbow trauma and performing cutting-edge arthroscopic (keyhole) techniques. In 2021, he was appointed as a Consultant Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon at Chelsea & Westminster Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Education and mentorship have always been central to Mr Tang's career. He is passionate about training the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons, with educational materials he has developed being widely used internationally by those preparing for consultant exams. His professional memberships include the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the British Elbow & Shoulder Society, and he is widely published in his sub-specialty field.
