Personal Profile

Mr Praneta Kulloo is a Consultant ENT Surgeon with specialist expertise in ear and balance disorders, providing care for both adults and children. His clinical approach combines advanced medical and surgical techniques with a clear focus on patient-centred care.
 
He graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and completed his higher surgical training in ENT in London, working at leading centres including the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust, Charing Cross Hospital, and St Mary’s Hospital.
 
Since his appointment as a Consultant ENT Surgeon at University Hospital Lewisham in 2023, Mr Praneta Kulloo has developed a broad practice managing a wide range of ear, hearing, and balance conditions. In addition to his clinical work, he has served as ENT Clinical Audit Lead from 2023 to 2026 and has taken the role of Divisional Medical Information Officer, helping to maintain the highest standards of patient care and clinical governance.
 
Mr Kulloo is also actively involved in education and research. He has presented at national and international conferences, taught on national ENT training courses, contributed to book chapters, and serves as a reviewer for ENT & Audiology News journal.
