Mr Pedro Gonzalez completed his General Ophthalmology Training in Glasgow from 2000 to 2009, and undertook investigations into retinal toxicity of anti-epileptic drugs at the University of Glasgow from 2003 to 2005.

He completed fellowships in Paediatric Ophthalmology, Adult Ocular Motility and Neuro-Ophthalmology at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and in Toronto from 2009 to 2011.

Pedro has been a Consultant Ophthalmologist since 2011 and a NHS Scotland Research Fellow since 2013.
