Personal Profile

Dr Omar Din qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1997 and completed his post-graduate training in Clinical Oncology at Weston Park Cancer Centre in 2007. He undertook a Clinical Research Fellowship in Breast Cancer Endocrine Therapy from 2008-2010, leading to the award of an MD (University of Sheffield).

Dr Din was then appointed substantive Consultant and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Clinical Oncology in 2010, focussing on urological and breast cancers.

He is Lead Clinician for Radiotherapy Services at Weston Park Cancer Centre.
