Mr Oteri is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Lincoln County Hospital. He completed his postgraduate specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the North West postgraduate deanery obtaining a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in 2002.
He was appointed Locum Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the prestigious teaching hospital, St Mary’s Hospital, Manchester in 2002. Mr Oteri was then appointed Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Lincoln County Hospital in 2003.
Mr Oteri was elevated to Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2009. He has authored several academic papers and is Principal Investigator for multi-centre research studies. He has also written articles in the lay press, including 'Put a stop to heavy periods for good' published in the May 2010 edition of At Home with Dr Hilary Jones.
