Personal Profile

Mr Nicholas Masucci qualified as a podiatrist in 1988 and commenced his podiatric surgical training in 1991. Surgical training was while based within the Orthopaedic department at the Middlesex hospital and University College Hospital and within the Podiatric Surgical department at Newham University Hospital. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Podiatric Surgery in 1997. 

Mr Masucci gained the Certificate of Completion of Podiatric Surgical training in 2004 and was appointed as a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at Newham University Hospital soon after. At the same time he continued to work and gain valuable experience as a Specialist Podiatric surgeon within the Orthopaedic department at University college Hospital until 2012. 

In 2014 He was invited to apply for a position at his current NHS post at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals.

He Masucci has gained valuable experience working under eminent Orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeons and Podiatric surgeons.

Mr Masucci undertakes a range of foot surgery with a special interest in forefoot deformity correction including the correction of bunions, Hallux valgus, arthritis of big toe, toe deformities and metatarsalgia.
