Mr Sharma has been a Consultant Urologist for over 20 years, he trained in the UK and became a Consultant Urologist in 1996 at the Royal Oldham Hospital
In 2008, he then moved to Manchester Royal Infirmary, when urological cancers were centralised there.
He stayed at MRI as the Lead Cancer Urological Surgeon and the Chair of the Cancer Specialist Team for more than 10 years, providing urological cancer care to the whole of the North East of Manchester with a wonderful team of cancer care providers. He was also the Programme Director for the North West Deanery for Core Surgical training for 10 years.
