About Mr Mojahid Najem

Personal Profile

Mr Mojahid Najem is an experienced consultant vascular surgeon. He holds expertise in varicose veins, radiofrequency ablation, foam sclerotherapy, glue treatment for varicose veins, deep venous disease management and diabetic foot management.

Mr Najem gained extensive experience in vascular surgery through training at Cambridge University Hospital and the West London Vascular & Interventional Centre (WeLVIC), as well as working as a consultant at Bedford and Milton Keynes Vascular Unit.

He currently works as a Consultant Vascular and Endovascular surgeon in North West London University Healthcare NHS Trust, Mount Vernon Hospital and Hillingdon Hospital. 
He has a special interest in venous surgery and has participated in several multi-centric venous research projects and trials. 

He is the Vascular Educational Lead in Northwick Park Hospital.

To date, Mr Najem has performed over 2000 varicose vein procedures. He also takes interest in arterial vascular procedures, such as carotid endarterectomy and lower limb bypass and angioplasty.
