About Moez Dungarwalla

Personal Profile

Dr Moez Dungarwalla trained in Medicine at Imperial College School of Medicine graduating with Honours in 2000. He then underwent specialist training in Haematology at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. He was appointed as a Consultant Haematologist at Milton Keynes University Hospital in 2008.

Dr Dungarwalla was appointed Specialist Consultant Haematologist at Milton Keynes NHS Foundation Trust in October 2008. In addition to his consultancy work at the hospital, Dr Dungarwalla also holds the title and responsibility of the Clinical Director for Cancer Services, Department Lead, Lead for Haematology Research and Development and Lead for Teenage and Young Adult Cancer in Milton Keynes.

He is a very enthusiastic promoter of the multi-disciplinary approach towards the management of his patients and works closely with Radiologists, Pathologists and Clinical Oncologists at Oxford University Hospital. This ensures patients receive the best care tailored to their needs. Dr Dungarwalla specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of blood disorders.

Dr Dungarwalla was highly commended in the 2010 Milton Keynes NHS Foundation Trust Awards and was nominated by numerous patients for the dedicated care, attention and time he had given them.
