Dr Milan Anjanappa serves as a consultant clinical oncologist at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in London. He received his primary medical qualification in India and subsequently worked as a clinical fellow at the Christie Hospital in Manchester before joining Mount Vernon. Since 2021, he has been a full-time NHS consultant within the uro-oncology group.

Dr Anjanappa advocates for a collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. He collaborates with a skilled team of surgeons, expert radiologists, and oncology colleagues to deliver evidence-based treatment. He supports patients through a shared decision-making process, prioritizing both clinical outcomes and quality of life.

As a clinical oncologist, Dr Anjanappa provides comprehensive cancer management, including radiotherapy and systemic anti-cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and hormonal therapy. His specialist expertise is in the management of prostate cancer, offering techniques like SABR/SBRT on MR-LINAC (5-day Prostate radiotherapy), seed brachytherapy, and high dose rate brachytherapy. Furthermore, Dr Anjanappa treats bladder cancer, offering bladder preservation treatments through radiotherapy. He also provides stereotactic radiotherapy treatment for kidney cancers.
