Since 1987 Mr Hulbert has specialised in assessing and treating people with eye problems, dealing especially with removing the need for spectacles, laser and refractive surgery, cataract, glaucoma, and removal of lumps and blemishes on/around the eyes and eyelids.

He graduated from the University of Bristol Medical School in 1986, training subsequently in Oxford, London, Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool, then returning to London in 1995 to work as a Consultant.

He is passionate about leaving patients spectacle-free following refractive laser/lens surgery, always incorporating the latest proven lenses and techniques to maximise success in these cases.
