Lynn Houghton is a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with a BSc in Occupational Therapy, graduating in 1983. Specializing in Hand Therapy since 2002, Lynn is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and the British Association of Hand Therapists.

With a diverse career spanning both private and NHS settings, and experience lecturing at the University of Essex, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Her main focus is on treating plastic surgery, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal conditions of the hand, offering personalized treatment plans that include bespoke splints, work and activity strengthening, scar management, and desensitization of painful hands.

Lynn treats a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, musician injury prevention, crush injuries, regional pain syndrome, trigger finger, painful thumb, and rheumatoid arthritis.

A passionate gardener and beekeeper, she also enjoys teaching the team how to grow vegetables, bringing a holistic, hands-on approach to her work and life.
