About Dr Lindsay Rosanne Whittam

Personal Profile

Dr Lindsay Whittam completed an intercalated BSc in Psychology at London University in 1987, and completed undergraduate training at The London Hospital Medical College, qualifying in 1990.

Dr Whittam specialist training in Dermatology was completed at Guy’s, St Thomas’ and King’s College Hospitals. Dr Whittam has been a consultant at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon since July 2000 and a clinical lead for dermatology since 2002.

Dr Whittam was Trust cancer lead for 8 years and is currently the clinical lead for the medicines assurance group.

Dr Whittam is the lead for skin cancer MDT for the Great Western Hospital and has an interest in the management of skin cancer.

Another area of interest is Paediatric Dermatology, and also has a weekly Paediatric Dermatology clinic at the Great Western Hospital.
