Background

Mr Keith Chapple is a full-time consultant in colorectal and general surgery. He provides a comprehensive range of investigations and treatments for common abdominal and colorectal conditions including rectal bleeding and bowel disturbance and offers the latest treatments such as the HALO procedure for haemorrhoids.

He has a particular interest in laparoscopic surgery and the investigation and treatment of pelvic floor conditions such as faecal incontinence, rectal prolapse and constipation. He offers the full range of treatments for these conditions including sacral neuromodulation.

He is a member of the Court of Examiners of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, director of the Sheffield Anorectal Ultrasound course and has published widely on all aspects of colorectal disease.
