With a Level 6 qualification in Leadership and Management from the CMI and a level 3 qualification in coaching, Mr Sinnott is a leader, a teacher and a coach. Time spent as a Medical Officer in the Royal Naval Reserves during his registrar training gave him skills directly transferable and highly beneficial to his roles both within the NHS and his private practice. He co-chairs the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Team which also covers throat and thyroid cancer. In addition, he takes an active role in the training of ENT surgeons and is Education Lead for ENT at the Great Western Hospital, which was rated the UK’s best ENT department for trainee support and wellbeing in 2023.
