Personal Profile
Mr Francis is a consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine and has been working at the North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation trust since 2009.
The special interest in Chronic Pain has been a passion for him and he started the pain management programme at the NHS hospital; starting out as 4 programmes a year, now 18 a year.
Mr Francis is the pain training lead at the trust for all anaesthetists and pain fellowship trainees. He is also involved with anaesthesia teaching and training part of the Northern Deanery and Undergraduate teaching lead in the department for Newcastle University.
