Jessica is passionate about all things pelvic floor, she is a dedicated and highly experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, and a specialist in bladder, bowel and sexual health in women and men. With over 8 years of experience in both private practice and the NHS, Jessica has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of women’s health, particularly through her post-graduate training in bladder pain syndrome, complex prolapse and pelvic pain conditions and membership in The Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group and Pelvic Pain Network. 

Jessica offers her service in line with best practice and NICE guidelines, offering personalized, evidence-based treatments for a variety of women’s and men’s health conditions. Whether you're managing a persistent bladder or bowel problems, sexual problems or recovering post-surgery, Jessica’s holistic and compassionate approach ensures that each client receives the most effective and tailored care.
