Mr Jeremy Elkabir has over 10 years experience as a consultant urological surgeon. He qualified from St. Mary’s Hospital, London and after demonstrating anatomy at Oxford University he embarked on his surgical training at London teaching hospitals. He has had additional specialist training in prostate cancer, complex female and reconstructive urology under Professors Kirby and Stanton. He was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at Northwick Park Hospital in 2002 and shortly afterwards was invited as Honorary Consultant in Urology to St Mark’s Hospital. He is Honorary Senior lecturer in Surgery at Imperial College and has served as a council member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) section of Female and Reconstructive Urology. He produced many of the BAUS national patient information leaflets.

He provides a complete General Urology service and specialises in prostate problems, particularly in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer. He also specialises in female urology conditions including the latest treatments for bladder dysfunction and incontinence.  He is an enthusiastic teacher and lecturer and has clinical papers and book publications across a wide academic field.
