I am a Consultant Urologist based at Lincoln County Hospital Trust. My undergraduate training was at the University of Bristol. Leading to my early surgical training I taught anatomy and histology at the University of Oxford. My basic surgical training was based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. My training in Urology began in Bath, and I undertook subsequent training in South Wales, spending the majority of my training in cancer surgery (both keyhole and traditional open surgery). During this time, I undertook an in-program Fellowship in complex cancer surgery based at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.

I have presented clinical research nationally and internationally, and have a particular interest in cancer diagnostics and outcomes. I have received awards for my work on prostate cancer outcomes and haematuria (blood in urine) assessment. I also have a keen interest in teaching surgeons in training - on Royal College of Surgeons and British Association of Urological Surgeons courses. Outside work my favourite past time is spending time with my wife and two young children.

My overall approach is geared to keeping each and every patient engaged and wholly involved in their care. I strongly believe in the provision of compassionate, innovative and excellent quality of care for my patients, and am proud of my high standards of care and after-care.
