About Dr Jackie Radley

Personal Profile

Dr Jacqueline Radley is a highly experienced GP and menopause specialist with an Advanced Menopause Specialist Certificate from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH), and she is recognised by the British Menopause Society (BMS).

She studied medicine at Middlesex Hospital Medical School in London, graduating with a BSc in Neuropharmacology and Neurophysiology in 1985 and an MBBS in 1988. She completed her clinical training in Worcestershire, where she went on to qualify as a General Practitioner. She is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).

Dr Radley has developed a strong specialist interest in women’s health, particularly the diagnosis and management of menopause. Alongside her advanced menopause qualification, she holds the Diploma of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH) and has Letters of Competence in both intrauterine device (coil) fitting and removal (LoC IUT) and contraceptive implant procedures (LoC SDI-IR).

She is an active member of both the British Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society, ensuring her practice remains aligned with the latest evidence-based guidance and international best practice standards.

Dr Radley works as an NHS GP in Worcestershire and also runs a private specialist menopause clinic at the Droitwich Spa and Priory Hospitals in Worcester and Birmingham. She provides expert assessment and management of all aspects of menopause care, with a particular focus on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), while also incorporating holistic approaches such as lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, sleep optimisation, and stress management.

She is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualised menopause care, tailoring treatment plans to each woman’s unique symptoms, medical history, and personal preferences. Working within a multidisciplinary approach, she also supports women with complex medical conditions, including those who have undergone hysterectomy or cancer treatment, ensuring safe and effective menopause management in more challenging cases.

As awareness of menopause and its impact continues to grow, Dr Radley provides accessible care through both face-to-face and telephone consultations. She welcomes self-referrals directly into her clinic, making specialist menopause support more readily available to women seeking expert advice.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr Radley enjoys an active lifestyle. She is a keen runner and also enjoys strength training, yoga, and meditation. She is a member of a book group and enjoys travelling. She balances her professional commitments with family life, being married with three grown-up children.
