About Dr Hisaharu (Harry) Suzuki
Personal Profile
Dr Suzuki studied medicine at University of Bristol and initially trained in South West England. He worked as a GP in London for a few years and came to Glasgow as a trainee in Gastroenterology.
He completed the higher degree of M.D. at University of Glasgow during his training, researching the aetiology of gastro-oesophageal cancer and was then appointed as Consultant in Glasgow in 2006.
Dr Suzuki currently works as a Consultant at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital looking after gastroenterology and general medical patients. He also supervises specialist trainees and medical students from Glasgow University.
