Hay-Ming currently works as an NHS GP in Dorchester as well as running a clinic at the Winterbourne. He is the clinical lead for Primary and Community Care for the Dorset Integrated Care Board and the Dorset Urgent Care Service. This involves planning and implementing NHS guidelines across Dorset.

Dr Blunt graduated from Guy’s, King’s, and St. Thomas’ Medical School in London in 2003. He initially completed surgical training in both Australia and the UK before transitioning to become a General Practitioner in Dorset.
