Mr For Tai Lam is a highly experienced Consultant General Surgeon providing private care at The Meriden Hospital in Coventry. He has been a Consultant at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust since 1991, reflecting over three decades of senior surgical experience.
He began his surgical training in Manchester teaching hospitals before moving to St James’s University Hospital in Leeds, where he undertook clinical research leading to the award of a Doctorate of Medicine (MD). He subsequently completed his higher surgical training within the renowned Liver Unit at St James’s University Hospital, gaining advanced expertise in hepatobiliary surgery.
