About Mr Christopher Jennings

Personal Profile

Mr Jennings qualified from Leicester University Medical School in 1990. His postgraduate-training was based in the East Midlands with most of his head and neck training taking place with Patrick Bradley in Nottingham. 

He attained his CCST in ENT in 2001 and spent a year in 2001 in Adelaide, South Australia on head and neck Rhinology fellowship.

He was appointed Consultant ENT surgeon at University Hospital Birmingham and Honorary Senior Lecturer to the University of Birmingham in 2002.

Mr Jennings clinical and research interests are in the field of squamous cancer of the head and neck and salivary conditions he also has an interest in medical education having recently been both College Tutor and Sub-dean. 

Mr Jennings is the head and neck cancer lead and service lead for ENT and is a Council Member for ENT-UK Head and Neck and a member of the NHS Commissioning Body (NHS_CB) for head and neck services.
