Dr Bayliss graduated from Nottingham Medical School in 2006, and completed his GP training in 2011. He initially worked as a salaried GP for 7 years and has most recently been a GP partner within the Solihull area since 2018. He has been a medical student and GP trainer as well as a Diabetes and stable prostate cancer lead. From 2023 he is freelance locum working within the NHS.
