Chrissi Nettleton Personal Profile

Chrissi qualified as a physiotherapist in 2015 from Sheffield Hallam University. She has worked in a number of settings including primary and secondary care within the NHS, Ministry of Defence (Army) and with sports teams. She has a broad range of experience within musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, having worked with patients through their whole rehab journey from immediately post op to returning to sport. Chrissi is also a qualified Pilates instructor and regularly utilises this training within her everyday practice, alongside the special interest of strength and conditioning based training. When not at work Chrissi is usually found walking her dog in the country, at the local CrossFit gym or doing home design and renovation!
