About Chris Mills

Personal Profile

Chris qualified as a physiotherapist in 2012 from Brunel University after a transition from the health and fitness industry where he worked for over 10 years as a personal trainer. He began his career within the NHS broadening his knowledge and developing his clinical skills in a variety of different settings before moving into private practice in order to concentrate on his career and passion as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

Over the years Chris has gained a wealth of experience treating a variety of different patients and conditions but has a particular interest in sport injuries and enjoys the collaborative process of working alongside his patients in order to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. In more recent years he has moved into an APP role which has seen him develop and upskill within the world of hand therapy.

On both a personal and professional level Chris adopts a holistic approach to health and wellbeing which is reflected in his multifaceted approach within assessment and treatment plans.
