About Dr Caroline Wardman

Personal Profile

Dr Wardman has been a GP for 17 years. She graduated from St Bartholomews and The Royal London Medical School in 1997.

She undertook her GP training in Kent and gained her MRCGP qualification in 2001, and worked both as GP partner and a GP locum in the NHS. In 2012 she had an opportunity to work in an internationally accredited private medical clinic in Hong Kong for 4 years. Due to family reasons Caroline returned to Lincoln 3 years ago.

Presently she works as a GP locum, a family planning doctor and she also teaches pharmacy students at Lincoln University.

Caroline is passionate about providing a holistic approach.  As well as being very much a generalist she has developed a special interest in women’s health.

She has diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and The Faculty of Sexual Health and Reproductive Medicine. She is fully qualified to provide coil and nexplanon services and her experience in private medicine has shown her that having longer consultation times and more efficiency within a system can really benefit patients.

Caroline is developing an interest in acupuncture from a desire to decrease chronic pain medication. She is currently a member of The British Medical Acupuncture Society.
